UK Delivery

All products are sent out via First Class Post or Parcel Force's 48 hour delivery services and there is maximum postage charge of £10 regardless of the number of items.

Items are posted within 1-2 working days and the Royal Mail aims to deliver them within 1-2 days to most areas of the UK. However delays with the post do sometimes arise for reasons outside our control so please allow up to 15 working days for an item to be delivered.

Do you live locally?

In person collection is always possible by arrangement and can be arranged for "out-of-hours" if necessary.

If you live within the boundaries of Ely, Cambridgeshire and spend more than £5.00 then delivery is free and your items will be delivered to your home at a mutually convenient time, please contact us for further information.

Is it urgent?

Everyone forgets a birthday now and then, so if you would like your item shipping for next day delivery please let us know.

International Delivery

We are happy to ship to virtually anywhere in the World. Please contact us for further information.

Returns

We hope that you love your purchases, but if there is a problem please let us know via email, telephone or the contact form and we will do our very best to resolve the problem for you.

We know that sometimes things change so if you don't like your purchase then please return it in its original condition within 21 days and we will refund the selling price.

If something goes wrong and its broken or doesn't work then we will either send you a replacement item or refund the selling price and delivery charge. Please let us know what you would prefer.

Cancellations

If you change your mind and no longer need you order and it has not yet been shipped, please contact us via the contact form, email or telephone and if it has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order with no charge.
